  • Proactively contacts stakeholders when production services are significantly delayed or impacted.
  • Monitoring the performance of servers using tools and analyses and inform the support team proactively when it crosses the threshold and raise tickets.
  • Sharing the performance reports for IT Infrastructure devices to the respective support teams for analyzing.
  • Configuring the IT Infrastructure devices with relevant parameters to bring them under monitoring purview, as per support team's request.
  • Creating the knowledge base documents as per client requirements.
