Involving in administration activities on monitoring tools SolarWinds(NPM, NCM , NTA, SAM), Cisco Meraki, Cisco DNAC,SCOM, VEEAMONE, HPSIM.
Good understanding of network infrastructure, Compute infrastructure, Cloud Infrastructure and Applications.
Good exposure in integration methods - Web services, APIs.
Knowledge in MIB and OID.
Taking care of Organization level DNS requests in Infoblox.
Troubleshooting the WMI, SNMP, API and Syslog's.
Giving the account limitations to access the SolarWinds Application to users as per the approvals by Managers
Creating alerts as per the client requirement.
Upgrading the tools to latest version.
Creating the views as per the user request and giving the limitations.
Creating the application templates and assigning the components as per the requirement.
Alert streamlining if any unwanted alerts observed we will filter those alerts and get the update from support teams and removing from monitoring.
Creating custom reports.
Following the ITIL process strictly as per client.
Creating the Incident / Change / Request reporting templates and schedule the reports in Service Now as per the customer request.
Identify and track all problems relating to the production environment, resolve issues whenever possible and escalates, if necessary, provides support for calls and emails to ensure all interactions are timely and professional.
Proactively contacts stakeholders when production services are significantly delayed or impacted.
Monitoring the performance of servers using tools and analyses and inform the support team proactively when it crosses the threshold and raise tickets.
Sharing the performance reports for IT Infrastructure devices to the respective support teams for analyzing.
Configuring the IT Infrastructure devices with relevant parameters to bring them under monitoring purview, as per support team's request.
Creating the knowledge base documents as per client requirements.
