• Hands-on experience in preparing and filing ROC/MCA forms such as AOC-04, MGT-7, MGT-7A, ADT-01, DIR-12, CHG-09, LLP FORM-08, AOC-02, etc.
• Drafting and preparing Board Meeting and AGM notices, Board Resolutions, Minutes, Attendance, Register, etc.
• Preparation of the Auditor's Report, Board Report, and supporting working papers.
• Experience in preparing share certificates, generating stamp papers, and handling company papers.
• Knowledge of creating and managing Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) for directors and authorized signatories.
• Assisted in preparation & filing of GSTR-9 (ANNUAL Return ) and GSTR-9C ( GST Audit & Reconciliation Statement ).
• Practical exposure in GST compliance, annual return, and audit, including departmental notice handling and GST office visits.
