Audit and Assurance

• Executed statutory and tax audits for a diverse portfolio of clients across 5+ sectors, including Manufacturing, FMCG, Real Estate, Chemical Manufacturing, Agro-Pesticides, and other non-corporate entities, with turnover ranging from ₹50 lakhs to ₹100 crores.

• Successfully filed 12+ returns under the presumptive scheme, and 5+ NRI tax returns.
• Conducted tax audit assignments for various business sectors, particularly focusing on medical practitioners.
• Administrated the filling of 15+ TDS returns and 25+ GST returns, including GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, GSTR 4, and GSTR 10, ensuring timely compliance with relevant regulations.
• Oversaw the reconciliation of GSTR-2A and GSTR-3B, along with the filing of annual returns GSTR 9 and 9C.
• Provided expert consultation on GST registration processes, amendments, cancellations, and the implementation of e-invoicing facilities.
• Drafted and filed over 10 responses to client show-cause notices and demands, achieving favorable outcomes in most cases.

Other Services

• Compiled and maintained comprehensive books of accounts in compliance with Accounting Standards (AS) and Schedule III, which also includes cash flow statements and consolidated financial statements.
• Assisted in the preparation of various compliance certificates required for corporations, including: net worth statements, stock statements, SME certificates, projection reports, etc.
• Provided advisory and consultation services to new startups regarding applicable laws, GST registrations, industry requirements, and other necessary registrations.
