I have a CISI Level 3 Certificate in Investment Operations, and a field of expertise in operational risk, controls assessment & testing, and risk control self assessment (RCSA). I currently work as a Sr. Risk Manager at Fidelity International, one of the world's leading asset managers, where I provide pro-active risk management support and advice to business areas across UK, EMEA, India and APAC. In my current role, I engage with senior executives across Fidelity International through the establishment and input into operational risk forums, where I help them fulfill their accountabilities in ensuring that good quality risk management practices are being adhered to. I also support and drive the development and oversight of a well- controlled operating environment and risk management framework across the first line business. I leverage my problem solving, analytical, and communication skills to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, as well as to report and escalate issues as appropriate. I work with a diverse and collaborative team of risk professionals, where I contribute to the continuous improvement of risk processes, tools, and policies. Senior Risk Manager (Operational Risk)

  • Provide risk support, insight to business stakeholders and helping them to fully understand their risk profile
  • Drive the Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program by providing challenge and guidance to the business as appropriate, leading workshops to define and document the risk profile and control framework within the organisation
