Project: Aldera Invoice Processing Automation using IQ Bot

Collaborated with stakeholders to understand the existing contract management workflow and pain points.
⦁ Designed the architecture and solution approach for implementing IDP using the IQ Bot tool.
⦁ Configured and trained the IQ Bot tool to extract critical information from contracts, such as contract terms, parties involved, key dates, and clauses.
⦁ Developed custom machine learning models to enhance the accuracy and reliability of the extraction process.
⦁ Integrated the IQ Bot tool with existing contract management systems and workflows, ensuring seamless data transfer and process automation.

Project: - Possible Duplicate Client Name: - Empower Healthcare Solutions

⦁ Involved in automations related to healthcare services and benefits to the customer using tools such as File Load Management tool and Remote Desktop Connection by using Automation Anywhere tool.
⦁ Created the design for Autonomous bot, no human intervention is required with high efficiency.
⦁ Attending walkthrough of process & creating Test scenarios, query logs, BOT design, effort estimates, and Migration check list.
⦁ Development & pilot testing of RPA processes and also actively involved in gathering new requirements and changes for respective processes.
⦁ Making sure that the BOT passes the UAT.
⦁ Creating PCM document to transfer the BOT From Pilot environment to Production environment.

Project: Aldera Provider Not Found queue

⦁ Involved in POC to automate Provider creation processes using Provider Directory Tool, SVN, Workload tracking tool for the client by using Automation Anywhere tool.
⦁ Taking Care of Different Developers involved in Sub module development.
⦁ Created the TIN, NPI, and Provider location Address in combination file of Aldera Provider file.
⦁ Automating templates using Excel and performed generic solutions in Application developed dynamic file.
⦁ Involved in development of RPA processes and also actively involved in gathering new requirements and changes for respective processes.
⦁ Exposure of automating web and desktop applications using Automation Anywhere.

Project: Primary Care Physician Adjudication Tool.

The PCP (Primary Care Provider) queue contains Remark code PCP - SERVICES NOT PROVIDED OR AUTHORIZED BY DESIGNATED PCP (PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER). This remark code generates when the system does not match the claim billed by a PCP with the member's assigned PCP. There are Exceptions where it is not required for services to be rendered by the members PCP these are Exceptions. Due to current system configuration, multiple claim types generate a PCP edit on these exception claims. So we need to develop the automation script for processing those claims
• Understood the product completely during knowledge transfer itself by exploring it through Director. Worked on bug finding and fixing with Java.
• Worked on development of new scripts in selenium. Worked on maintenance of scripts and documentation of framework architecture, Jenkins Configuration, Claims Adjudication Process Stats.
• Quality Audit: Responsible for doing quality audits of entire team and maintaining the QMS reports for internal audits.
• Worked on the design of the whole project and worked as the solution architect of the whole project using POM design pattern.

Project: Run book Automation for MDWISE & NGHS Client.

⦁ Evolent Confluence and Dashboard is a web-based, highly configurable health care claims adjudication platform that includes core administration, portals and health informatics to provide the underlying infrastructure for health plans.
⦁ The flexible benefit configuration process also enables getting Data automatically, automated different portal processing, member enrollment data tracking and provider contract management Data.
⦁ Run Book gives health plans complete control over the health care claims adjudication stats and many more to Enrollment process. A flexible rules engine and integrated workflows reduce Human error, and avoid provide exact data, reviews to Higher Authority including Wise President.
⦁ Understood the product completely during knowledge transfer itself by exploring it through Director.
⦁ Worked on framework development using selenium web driver with Java.
⦁ Worked on maintenance of scripts and documentation of framework architecture, Jenkins Configuration, Claims Adjudication Process Stats.
⦁ Worked in all areas of Jenkins setting up CI for new branches, build automation, plugin management, securing Jenkins, SMTP Email notification, Monitor build results of other job and setting up master/slave configurations.

Project: Office of Attorney General Validator.

⦁ In OAG we need to take the claim form screenshot for certain claims, those images are requested by provider to organization.
⦁ So, we need to take the screenshot of image file and store them in destination folder. Those images are nothing, but the image of claim entered in Aldera.
