Manage end-to-end office projects exceeding 100,000 sq. ft., including location selection, government approvals, agreements, and interior finalization.

Act as the primary point of contact for coordination between the CEO, CFO, and senior management.
Collaborate with internal teams and external associates to ensure seamless execution of projects and operations.
4. Office Administration and Management:
Manage day-to-day office administration, including vendor management, travel arrangements, and annual event planning.
Develop and implement administrative procedures, policies, and standards to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Human Resources Support:
Provide primary HR support, including the search, screening, and onboarding of trade personnel, such as electricians, security staff, housekeeping staff, pantry staff, office assistants, collection assistants, and transport drivers.
6. Vendor and Contract Management:
Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and contract finalization for various services and projects.
