- Reporting Responsibilities are as follows :-

• Finalization of budget considering all possible aspects and conditions of market for business to expand.
• Provisioning, analyzing and presenting flow and variation of all major expenses along with POA to avoid discrepancy.
• Delivering flash report (Profitability MTM and YTD) to company leaders
• Finalization of monthly revenue report after making necessary adjustments. Following up with 8 sister concerns and 4 zones of SIS for projected revenue data and comparing same with actual.
• Keeping stakeholders in loop with real time reporting of required information and predefined reports which are Cashflow, Netdebt, DSO,Capitalization done during reporting period, EMD and Inter-company transactions.
• Generating presentation for 160 branches and 20 regions for monthly review through SFM tool
• Performed month-end closings, including account analysis, headcount and salary reports, and related journal entries.
