Landscape and hardscape Projects L&T Reality / Ramyond Reality

1. Supervising landscape and hardscape project execution, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion.

2. Managing day-to-day site operations, labor allocation, and coordination with contractors and vendors.

3. Handling site coordination for L&T products, ensuring proper usage and installation in hardscape works.

4. Monitoring material requirements, stock, and site logistics to avoid delays.

5. Ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and client expectations.

6. Supporting planning and execution of hardscape elements such as paving,tiling pathways, boundary works, RCC structures and outdoor

structures.

7. Reporting progress to management and assisting in resolving site-level challenges efficiently

•Solid waste management in Pune city, 07/23 - 12/23, I have learned various types of solid waste, how many tonnes of solid waste generated in Pune city, and how they are processing the waste for reusing it. & how Pune municipal corporation manages it on daily basis.
