Key responsibilities include overseeing outage sign-offs, preparing and distributing daily alarm and outage reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves driving operational efficiency through digitization, simplifying processes, and leading strategic improvement plans.

The O&M Lead is accountable for team competence improvement, meeting KPIs and SLAs, and supporting CEMs in prioritizing work orders for operational efficiency. The position also involves enhancing RAN and Tx operations to improve user experience, resolving field support issues with GNOC and OEMs, and ensuring timely sign-off closures. Active coordination with central teams and mentoring the field team are key components of the role, along with executing delivery plans and performance indicators to improve the overall user experience.

Key duties include managing monthly outage sign-offs, alarm escalations, and preparing daily reports. The role also involves vendor governance, contingency planning, and ensuring compliance with internal processes. The OSM focuses on reducing network outages, tracking preventive maintenance, and analyzing compliance with various operational metrics. Additional responsibilities include planning and optimizing operational costs, conducting reviews with internal and vendor teams, and providing field team training on safety and new technologies.

The OSM ensures effective vendor management, maintains systematized billing verification, and provides technical support to clients. Site visits are conducted to ensure operational quality, security, and safety, while monthly reviews with OPCO aim to minimize outages and operational issues. The role also involves monitoring utilities, and planning preventive maintenance to ensure smooth site functioning.
