A. Corporate Finance and Reporting (Primary Reporting to CFO):

• Lead the end-to-end finance function for FSS’s PayTech business, a $50M+ global operation spanning across eight international subsidiaries.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including consolidation, MIS, variance analysis, and board-pack preparation.
• Manage all statutory and internal audits—domestic and overseas—ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant submissions under Indian and international accounting standards.
• Oversee FP&A, including AOP, QOP, and MOP cycles; build and maintain driver-based forecasting models aligned with strategic KPIs.
• Direct treasury and working capital management, including cash flow forecasting, intercompany fund flows, and currency risk monitoring.
• Ensure taxation compliance, transfer pricing, and regulatory submissions across jurisdictions, in partnership with Big Four consultants.
• Support the CFO and CEO in board presentations, investor reporting, and capital deployment decisions.

B. Business Finance & Commercial Support (Secondary Reporting to the Business Head):

• Act as a commercial co-pilot to the business head of PayTech; own revenue recognition, pricing strategy, and cost optimization.
• Structure pricing for enterprise licenses, SaaS-based hosted platforms, and cost-plus billing models for the services business.
• Lead the deal desk, margin analysis, and financial modeling for large commercial proposals and customer renewals.
• Manage cost center allocation, drive product-level P&L visibility, and align delivery economics with business objectives.
• Create dashboards and KPI trackers for real-time tracking of margins, revenue leakage, and operational throughput.
• Partner with delivery, product, and legal teams to ensure financial controls, and commercial discipline in customer lifecycle management.
