• Executed Seyrantepe Project (2 x 25 MW Vertical Francis Turbine) as a Team Leader.
• Initiated implementation of SAP in Turbine Engineering to release BOM of various turbine assemblies.

• Mechanical design and analysis of turbine components and assemblies.

• Successfully executed projects like 3 x 700 HF-1000 kW (RINA SHP), 3 x 2700 HTT-5000 kW (BOBBA PROJECT), 2 x 725 HF-5000 kW (HULLA HALLA), 4 x 615 HF-3600 kW (A Vietnam project).
• Mechanical design of DN 2100 mm Butterfly Valve (DOLWAHAL PROJECT), calculation of lever length, hydrodynamic torque acting at various opening angles. Opening and closing time of BFV and analysis of BFV assembly using CFX (ANSYS).
• Preparation of foundation drawings, station arrangement drawings, control gear diagrams, mechanical design of Draft Tube, Flywheel, Flywheel Guard, Shaft Seal assembly, Over Speed Switch assembly as well as Guide Vane Operating Mechanism of RINA and HULLA HALLA PROJECT.
