•Taking primary ownership of processes in the International First Mile spaces like SNM Extension by working on daily requests for ETA change and Roll to keep the Shipment updated as per the request from the carriers. Taking secondary ownership of SNM Scacing process as well.

•Taken ownership and learnt the process for the Ryder Invalids helping the Inbound Scheduling team to find the opportunities areas to reduce the delays for the Trailers arriving at the DC’s from IW, Consol & Deconsol and 3PL Vendors.

•Created a Greenfield dashboard visualization for the DFM & MM field teams to help them plan yard space in constrained environments and provides quick visibility to their inbound arrivals.

•Completed Backhaul Project to save $62 million by optimizing routes for trailers better, finding profitable paths for them to go from the Distribution Center to the Store and then to the Vendor in a complete round trip.

•Created and publishing dashboard for MODS Tracker to be published on a weekly level which includes insights for Store Adds of Last 4 weeks, Last 8 weeks and YTD having Unload date greater than 8 days after the event timestamp to help Middle Mile team to plan Trailer scheduling as per the MODS at a store level.

•Published weekly reports on processes for the Flow Centers such as Label Drops vs S&OP Forecast and Trailer Fill for FC 3857 & FC 3865 helping the Middle Mile Team by imparting Insights on the focus areas on which Trailer Fill Percentage can improve.

•Participation in organizing Engagement activities for SAUCE community.

•Leading the TII-GSCL Basketball Team for Annual tournament.
