Key Project – The Hub (Employee Portal)

• Built a comprehensive employee lifecycle portal covering HR modules like Attendance, Leave Management, Requisition, Resource Management, and Timesheets.
• Technologies: Angular, HTML5, CSS3 | Backend: .NET (F#) | Database: MS SQL

Key Achievements:

• Migrated large-scale enterprise applications from Angular 6 to Angular 17, modernizing architecture with standalone components, lazy loading, and performance improvements.
• Reduced leave approval turnaround time by automating workflows.
• Streamlined WFH requests → improved productivity and faster responses.
• Digitized HR processes → reduced paper dependency and administrative costs.

Responsibilities:

• Developed modular, scalable, and maintainable web applications using Angular (6+).
• Implemented responsive UI optimized for multiple devices and browsers.
• Collaborated with designers to translate UI/UX mockups into interactive experiences.
• Integrated backend APIs to support real-time and asynchronous data updates.
• Built secure applications with authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Used TFS and Git for source control, branching/merging, and work tracking.
