• Train professionals in Risk, Security Operations, Incident Management and Enterprise Security Automation.

• Run risk mitigation simulations to clearly identify and substantiate risks, and advise on mitigation measures which generally is a combination of operational, procedural and infrastructural changes in the environment.

• Run training programs for Corporate security functions as well as for large infrastructure security operations. These specialised trainings are tailored as per end end-customer requirements through a US based training partner, and delivered in India as well as the Middle East.

• Specialise in conducting security & safety audits, security vulnerability assessments and simulations, security & safety infrastructure design, software for situation awareness & incident management, actionable cyber intelligence IT infrastructure, and training staff & personnel on organisational security, intelligence gathering and security design.

• Risk assessment and security consulting: responsible for end-to-end consulting deliverables as per RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) guidelines that comprises of initial threat & risk assessment (as per ISO 31000 guidelines) and visualizing the same through threat matrices, and advising clients on an over-all security concept as per the findings and their risk appetite.

• Security Management Plans: advising clients on security management measures as per the assessment and conceptualizing security plans and procedures through visual workflows.

• Design and Engineering: detailed design development of on-ground functional security system complete with physical security hardware and field devices, IT hardware, software and services to deliver high performance and high availability security systems. There is a specific emphasis to security operations Centre’s design as per BS EN ISO 11064 standards.

• Business development: Utilizing my network to drive business relationships and recurring business through strategic account management. My responsibilities includes upselling all services in the security consulting portfolio at Control Risks that includes – Security management planning, Training modules and Security Design Services.

• Regional Sales Management NORTH (2010-2012): Managed a team of 10 personnel (including myself), including 5 sales personnel, service managers as well as project managers to deliver projects as per business requirements.

• Technical Sales : providing sales consultancy as a part of my business development and account acquisition strategy. My role extended from providing basic “educating-the-customer” to documenting comprehensive system designs, specifications, as well as system options and optimised pricing.

• Technical design for Building Systems: Adept in understanding and applying thoughts on various building technologies such as Building Management System (BMS), Fire Suppression systems and Fire Alarm System (FAS), and Signage control, I have worked on large projects implementing all these systems along with a security platform as a part of the “Going-Green” initiative.
