Use of Model to predict the CSI score, and 5 factors score. Analyze the data to identify the gap areas, suggest the improvements to deployment coaches for the corrective actions to be taken. Identify the best performing and poor performing dealers. Identify the root cause of desired and non desired performance. Establish the benchmarks and drive the corrective actions.
Predict the dealerships where deployment or Audit is to be carried. Presentation of dashboard to GM and MD and consult how to drive the customer experience in Ford Dealership.
