· Review the Past Due Purchase Order report and collaborate with the end user and vendors to resolve and close as necessary.

· Ensure continuous improvement through the collection and tracking of relevant cost, quality, and service data.

· Working with Accounts Payable to research discrepancies on invoices and calling vendors to resolve and /or obtain credit

· Maintaining Min-Max levels of stock with respect to C-class components (ROL&EOQ).

· Day wise monitoring on Job order in & out transactions to production plan from Outsource supplier and ensuring production plan in vendors to adhere day wise delivery commitments.

· Updating the incoming material in the tracking sheet and make sure that GRN and QC is cleared.

· Handling & resolving issues during new product and Interfere with R&D, QA & Production.

· Intimating vendors for over/ short/ rejected/ damage items (OSRD).

· Liaison with finance department for timely payment of bills.

· Leads finance and stores staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.
