• Skin Pass Mills (SPM)
• Continuous Pickling Lines (CPL)
• Continuous Galvanizing Lines (CGL), Continuous Annealing Lines (CAL), Continuous Coating Lines (CCL)
• Electrolytic Cleaning Lines (ECL) and Electro Galvanizing Lines (EGL)

• Propose parking solutions by designing an appealing Car Parking Layout (CPL).
• Prepare General Arrangements Drawing (GAD) by reviewing TS report / Site report.
• Prepare Steel Content and Time Retrieval Analysis for Tower Parking System.
• Based on the CPL and GAD Checklist, prepare the templates for CPL and GAD.

• To design and develop OEM products for automotive industries, MHE and RSP Products as per AIS-104 & AIS-033 STD for Plastics Moulding Processes.
• To analyse the product design given by Customers for Primary Feasibility of manufacturing.
• To create 3D models for Product's, Moulds and Fixtures.
• To prepare 2D Drawings of all Designs.
• To prepare and maintain design documents such as manufacturing feasibility, APQP Timeline sheets, TGR/TGW documents, etc.
• Timely follow-up with our Vendors regarding mould development status and Prototype samples activities.

• To perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the machines and report any issues or error to the CNC programmer or supervisor.
• While CNC operating, we also have to check the Quality of the product by using GONOGO Gauges.
