A greenfield cement project of Rs. 1600 crores., started in 2012. Current capacity 3.50 MMTPA. Present level of Turnover about Rs. 1900 crores. having EBIDTA of 15%. Reporting to Chairman. In charge of entire commercial operations interalia includes project planning, arrangement of funds, procurement and timely implementation, oversee finalization of accounts, direct and indirect taxes, secretarial functions, procurement of raw material and others,liaison with government and external agencies, Legal Matters etc. I am one of the 3 members of Apex Committee responsible for smooth and profitable operation of the company.

Notable Accomplishment :

• Obtained approval for Flexible Structuring (5/25)
• Arranged long and short term funds of about Rs.875 crores for initial and subsequent projects.
• Upgraded external credit rating to BBB+ poising for A-
• Reduced interest from 14% to 9.4% and fresh loans at 8.55%
• Successfully handled Raids of DGGI and Income Tax ( Alleged evasion of income for Rs.1829 crores made to Rs. 9 crores) and many more.

Also held additional charge of CEO of Kamal Sponge Steel and Power Ltd. ( A sister concern of KJS cement Ltd.)

• Arranged disbursement of Rs. 240 crores against total loan sanctioned for Rs. 350 crores
• Drawn SOPs for various financial and commercial operations
• Arranged reverse auction of scrape fetched more than Rs. 40 crores.

• Looking after entire operations of the spinning plant. During my tenure capacity utilization has increased from 45% to 70%, exports increased from 23% to 34%, recruited 500 skilled persons and rationalized 376 non productive workers.

• Reporting to Managing Director. Responsible for providing fiscal leadership of internal and external reporting, planning and execution of various function at 3 companies of the group dealing in Insulators, Denim and Terry Towels.

• Reporting to CMD ( An IAS officer). During my tenure apart from various functions related to my job profile implemented concept of Employees Participation in Management, Profit sharing and ownership.
• Worked with 'Sick Unit Revival Cell' Govt. of Rajasthan for rehabilitation and revival of various companies into Textile, Paper, Leather, Sugar, Cement and Engineering products and submitted project reports to BIFR.
• Nominated as Director of Hi-Tech Gears Ltd. Bhiwadi, Hindustan Processors Ltd. Bhilwara and advisor to the CMD of Mewar Textiles Mills, Bhilwara.

• Looked after Parta and Financial, setting standared consumption of components required for fabrications of wagons.
