As an Integrated Technologies Consultant, I was responsible for optimizing the integration of medical devices with electronic health record (EHR) or electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically utilizing CareAware with Cerner Millennium. My core responsibilities included ensuring seamless and accurate data exchange between medical devices and healthcare information systems, which directly enhanced clinical workflow efficiency and diagnostic accuracy. I have implemented more than 150 medical devices through both onsite and remote deployments across various regions, primarily in the Middle East, US, and Singapore. I provided consultancy services to healthcare organizations, advising on best practices and strategies to optimize their health IT implementations. My efforts contributed to successful technology adoption, enabling clinical staff to leverage advanced healthcare solutions. By applying specialized technical knowledge, I supported hospitals and healthcare facilities in maximizing the value and effectiveness of their health IT investments.

Additionally, I have experience with Oracle Analytics, SAP, and Tableau, with a strong focus on Oracle Analytics. I developed interactive dashboards and custom reports to support data-driven decision making, and designed advanced data visualizations to monitor key performance indicators. I also conducted training sessions and offered ongoing support to ensure effective user adoption of Oracle Analytics, while serving as the team’s Subject Matter Expert and advising on best practices in analytics and solution design.
