• Provide suggestions on offline listing mockshell programming to get the exact dirt data in the listing output to get the issue easily resolved.
• Maintaining the effective communication channel with study teams.
• Query review- understand and perform query review, offline listing review, protocol deviation review, vendor reconsillation review and medical review.
• Query management- appropriately responses to data queries as necessary, closing or re querying if required.
• In Reporting the project status on completed, ongoing and upcoming activities.
• Co ordinated to the team work & provided the support and guidance as required, allocation of work on timely basis, daily tracking up and follow up to know the status of allocation, attending the weekly meetings with study teams and sponsors.
• Highlight the outstanding issues from site End/ vendor end to get the issues resolved on timely manner.
• Lock activities –understand and perform EDC query review, freezing and archiving.

Technical Skills:

• ORACLE, Rave
• MS-Office tools
• Working knowledge of Internet applications and database management
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to quickly grasp and apply new knowledge

• Risk Adjustment Coding Projects: Worked on diverse projects including OptumCare, Aetna, Medicare, Housecalls, PAF-ACA, Gamma, AI, MCAID, Clinical Coding, CPT Coding, CIGNA, DVQA.

• Specialized in HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) Coding for accurate risk adjustment and compliance.

Technical Skills:
