• Experience on HP Service Manager 9 tool for ITIL framework
• Creating the collections on basis of deployment requirements

• Responsibilities:
• Supporting 5K workstations and 150 servers for patch management, OSD, software distribution, compliance using SCCM 2012
• Microsoft patches Deployments in SCCM 2012
• Having Experience on Symantec endpoint Protection Client Installation through SCCM 2012
• Responsible for software update management (security patching) to windows computers
• Creation of collections, applications, packages, software updates packages and deployment
• Creating collections and packages for Software distribution and Patch management
• Custom Reporting as per requirements
• Backup and Restore of SCCM Site and SQL Database
• Creating Site boundaries & good knowledge in creating & Designing SCCM Architecture
• Configuring Site boundaries and the Distribution points in the hierarchy
• Monitor’s customer compliance to ensure that the product is fully deployed and functioning
• Performs system administration, including the creation of collections, advertisements, and basic reporting
• Generating weekly, Periodically & Monthly reports regarding Company Assets (Hardware & Software inventory)
• Troubleshoot and provide support to a variety of issues related to Site installation, OSD, client communication issues, software distribution etc
• Involved in document creation for internal and external use
• Work as an escalation point for any prolonged outage, and filter as many calls as possible to reduce the load of higher escalation points
• Conduct review meets with all the international carriers to smooth coordination between the organizations on troubleshooting aspect.
