· Managing SCCM Current Branch to support end user computing and server infrastructure.
· Supporting 20k workstations and 300 servers for patch management, software distribution, compliance using SCCM, SCUP for 3rd party patching.
· Analyze the patch compliance matrices published by Security team for both workstations and servers and ensure the patch compliance levels are greater than 95%.
· Responsible for application/packages creation, deployment, troubleshooting. Provide SCCM reports to application teams and management
· Resolving incidents as per SLA.
· Software updates deployment, troubleshooting the patch issues
· Testing of patches in Pilot and Acceptance test machines before deploying to production computers.
· Configuration of Site System roles on Site Servers.
· Deployment and configuration of client agents
· Manage the users in Outlook Express and Microsoft Outlook
· Daily and Monthly client remediation activity.
· Monitoring the health state of all SCCM Servers & services running on those
· Ensure Tickets should be closed as per SLA
· Experience on HP Service Manager 9 tool for ITIL framework.
· Creating the collections on basis of deployment requirements
· Generating weekly, Periodically & Monthly reports regarding Company Assets.
· Creating and working on the Change requests for SCCM infra changes upon approving the change request.
Work on Service now ticketing tool for service request, incidents, and change and problem tickets
