Current primary responsibilities are conducting interviews, managing onboarding processes, and providing training to satisfy staffing demands. With the goal of reducing turnover through proper training and feedback. I have hired 48% of our current employee directory.

Secondary responsibilities are overseeing truck ordering, verifying produce quality, and acquiring credits when necessary. While completing weekly inventory to lower paper and food expenses. Since taking on this responsibility, I have kept VTS (variance to standard) around the lowest percentage it has ever been during my time here.

In 2021, I was promoted to head of catering and used that opportunity to grow sales and organize community events, such as Panera's Indy Pride celebration in 2023. I stayed in that role until I trained my successor to fully carry on my responsibilities. We remain in the top 2 of 51 cafés in our region in the catering sector of our business.
