- Manufacturing of High quality Product as per the customer specification.
- Waste Reduction by producing value added product
- Planning, Scheduling, cost evaluation & procurement of materials according to the Purchase order and current forecast
- Preparation of work plan schedule to complete the Purchase orders as per contract reviews.
- Root cause analysis for failures and to avoid re-occurrence, Expert in Trouble shooting through best practices tool like FMEA, Root Cause analysis, Correction and Corrective action ISO 9001 & 14001.
- Lead a team of technicians and operators to meet daily production output, quality performance, Productivity and cost/MT
- Review all customer requirements & specifications
- Coordinating with Intra Department heads to achieve production target
- Preparation of daily production statement and shop efficiency calculation
- Preparing detailed action plan for the reprocessing of non conformed products
- Monitoring product trend, Natural resources like Power, Water and Product with respect to Production/MT and submitting report to Top Management through monthly review meeting and Management review meeting.
- Assisted the General Manager to analyze the cost of the shop, including the labor and material costs and preparing the budget for the upcoming year
- Ensure and control the production process with minimize breakdown and improve Production yield.
- Provide training for operators, technicians.
