End User / Desktop / Leadership Support
- manage the information technology needs and systems of the employees.
- installing and upgrading software.
- ensuring systems security and troubleshooting computer issues and manage backups.
- carry out departmental policies, and procedures.
- manage general activities related to IT products and providing services.
- installing, configuring, and monitoring computer hardware, software, systems, networks printers and scanners.
- providing technical support across the company (in person or over the phone).
- coordinating meetings with internal and external teams - Video Conference, WebEx, Zoom etc.
- diagnose, repair, replace and maintain hardware and software components.
- testing new technology.
- vendors - raise POs for new and replacement equipment, check bills and submit to finance department and follow up timely payments.
- maintaining records of IT department bills for Audit.
- daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines.
- setting up accounts for new email Id's.
Server Administration
- Monitoring /CUCM/ESXI/VSOM/UCS/CUCA servers.
- Administration of Windows Active Directory Servers.
- Installing, maintaining, and taking backups of Windows server and VM’s.
- Maintaining Tally server and backups.
- Administration of CUCM and VSOM Servers.
- monitoring and maintaining phone billing software for land lines
Network Administration
- coordinating with internal & external Network teams for resolving the issues.
- coordinating, monitoring, and troubleshooting with ISP Providers.
- monitoring and troubleshooting all APS.
- managing and troubleshooting Automation devices.
- create New Users, troubleshooting and managing VOIP devices.
Network / End User Security Administration
- configuring, monitoring, and maintaining security phones.
- Administration and handling of SOPHOS Anti-Virus for all the employee’s systems.
- monitoring and maintaining CCTV device and backups
