Monitor regulatory compliance relating to recovery, fraud classification and stressed asset management.

• Led resolution and restructuring assignments involving distressed companies across manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, petrochemical, IT and trading sectors.
• Assisted financial creditors in evaluating recovery alternatives including restructuring, insolvency resolution, settlements and liquidation strategies.
• Conducted financial and legal due diligence of stressed assets and assessed commercial viability of resolution proposals.
• Developed evaluation frameworks and recovery comparison models for creditor decision making.
• Advised CoC members on resolution plans, restructuring proposals and recovery strategies.
• Managed stakeholder negotiations involving lenders, investors, Resolution Applicants and Insolvency Professionals.
• Supported enforcement and recovery actions under SARFAESI and DRT mechanisms.
