Project Summary :

Automated the UnitedHealthCare Reconsiderations and Appeals process across three business units: Emergency Medicine (EMHM), Anesthesia, and Radiology. The solution leverages API integrations with UHC’s API Marketplace to streamline claim reconsideration workflows.

The automation identifies downcoded claims directly from the database and submits reconsideration and appeal requests via API, eliminating manual intervention, reducing turnaround time, and improving accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Led the design and development of automation logic for the UHC Reconsiderations & Appeals process across the business units
• Provided technical guidance and support to team members throughout the development lifecycle.
• Involved in creating Reusable components, unit testing, code reviews, and deployment to ensure delivery quality and adherence to best practices.
• Utilized Azure DevOps for sprint planning, task tracking, and review workflows, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery in an Agile environment

Company Overview:

AON is a US-based global insurance brokerage and risk management services firm. This client receives around 15k+ invoices on a monthly basis. The process is to extract the data from the invoices using document understanding framework and submits the data to the target applications.

Project Summary:

The process involved in extracting the data from the invoice documents are DIGITIZING the documents using OCR, extracting the data, training the documents using AI Center in which we created a custom ML skill model, validating the data using Action Center in which Documents with lesser confidence score of extraction will be sent for User Review on UIPath Action Center to help train robots and exporting the results to an excel/database. The extracted data is then submitted into different web applications using web automation.

Responsibilities:

· Identifying the invoices templates and involved in segregation of training documents.

· Analyzing the templates to identify the extraction fields.

· Created process using UIPath Document Understanding template to consume the created ML Skill.

Project Summary :

The Robot will monitor an outlook inbox for new Supplier Invoices. When it recognizes a new email with pdf attachment, it will download the document and send it through a UIPath Document Understanding Model to extract all relevant information.

The Robot will then perform a PO lookup to determine the Supplier. Based on that determination, the bot will then prepare the Invoice information for ingestion into the specified ERP.

Project Summary :

• RPA is implemented for the Fixed Assets and Account Receivables teams processes for reporting on daily basis to the end user.
• The process is to prepare the analysis for software licenses to identify those licenses which are eligible for PPE capitalization. Bot has to extract data from SAP and compares the Purchasing Document numbers in Ariba portal and prepares the reporting analysis file.
• Another process is to identify recently capitalized assets and enable the Asset Tag Printing. Once the required files are downloaded from SAP, bot validates the data and send mail to Dalian team for verification. Once validation completes the assets are sent for physical Tag Printing.

• RPA is implemented in the areas of Fixed Asset Tagging, Inventory costing. This process is composed of preparing the payment proposal with SAP, verifying the accuracy on details, removing the prohibited characters from final settlement. Sending the proposal for review and then updating on final settlement on bank portal.

Project Summary:

• RPA is implemented for these processes to work efficiently to maintain the transactions on daily basis. Supporting the processes to ensure the transactions are not being affected at any point of time and to maintain the BOT stability.

Recon Project related to automate various cash reconciliation processes. Bot interacts with multiple web application, download the reports on daily basis and prepares the excel reports to validate the ledger and statement.

EY TAX is a project related to automating all their manual and monotonous daily tasks being performed in US. Bot downloads the file returns from windows-based application and saves the reports in specified folders and picks up the reports one after the other and uploads into the web application.
