I learned about meter communication status monitoring, meter health status verification, and meter reading collection. I also understood how HES communicates with smart meters to retrieve meter data, monitor communication failures, identify non-communicating meters, and track data collection status.

The O&M Metering Monitoring System is a software application designed to monitor and manage smart meter operations and maintenance activities. It enables users to monitor meter readings, verify meter health and communication status, and identify non-communicating meters efficiently. The system helps track meter data collection, detect communication failures, and analyze meter performance. It also supports meter-wise status monitoring, data validation, and report generation, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual errors. The system integrates with Head End System (HES) and Meter Data Management System (MDMS) to support smart meter data collection, monitoring, and maintenance activities.
