Verification & Validation - German OEM

Aug 2025 - Present

• Performed flashing validation of automotive ECUs in a remote Flash Rack Test Station.
• Executed overnight flash runs to validate software stability and robustness.
• Conducted three types of flashing methods – E-Sys, Cascade, and RSU (Remote Software Update) – ensuring compatibility and performance across multiple ECUs.
• Utilized the Central Gateway to connect and manage multiple ECUs via remote PC for flashing operations.
• Monitored, analyzed, and reported flash test results to ensure software integrity and support defect detection.
• Gained hands-on experience in OEM-specific flashing tools and remote test station handling.

Analysis - German OEM

Sep 2024 -July 2025

• Evaluate and analyze tickets for issues encountered during driving tests, with a focus on identifying the root cause of each problem.
• Conduct in-depth investigations to pinpoint the specific Electronic Control Unit (ECU) responsible for each issue, ensuring accurate problem diagnosis.
• Analyszing signals transmitted through buses (CAN, LIN,Flexray Ethernet) for finding the root cause using tools like Carmen, Wireshark and DLT Viewer.
• Document findings and create detailed defect tickets in Octane to support effective tracking and resolution of identified issues.

Career Project

Intelligent Personal Assistant - German OEM

• Involved in both manual and automation testing.
• Worked in Smoke testing, Regression testing
  ,Performance testing and Feature testing for the features like Navigation, Climate, Communication and Entertainment.
• Writing positive test cases, negative test cases and corner test cases for the features after analyzing the feature document in JIRA.
• Involved in the test case sync process to octane and reviewing the test cases based on the requirement.
• Updation of software version for ECU’s using tools like Esys.
• Running automation test scripts (Python) as part of performance testing.
• Defect reporting and tracking using JIRA.
• Coordinating/attending the meetings with product team.
