This is a Big Project for 1,40,000 plus employees for 146 plus countries. I was involved in migration of complicated portlets like job info, positions, national id etc. I single handedly handled all the MDF objects comprising both build and migration. I was involved in defect phase and handled plenty of defects to improve the data quality. The project went live successfully with excellent data quality.

SFSF EC Migration for Volvo
This has been a hugely successful deployment of the SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment & Onboarding solution, which is now live in 54 countries available to the 114,000 employees. The go-live is the first Success Factors release in a strong HR relationship with AB Volvo. Was involved in analyzing data, configuring workflows, instance refresh and migration.
