Packaging of Medical devices
Train line personnel on all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to packaging, cleaning assembly and disassembly of medical devices; organize and assign specific tasks according to line personnel experience, train and abilities.
Provide support, direction and coaching to subordinate employees in the area of training, problem resolution, planning, and work assignment delegation Lead, prioritizes, assign and review the daily activities of Packaging Operators.

Coordinating inventory flow through receiving, inspection, and inventory receipt of products.
Labeling, organizing and locating inventory items in staging areas, or on shelves, according to quantity, size or type of material.
Managing and maintaining adequate quantities of inventory to support manufacturing and sales demands.
Working closely with purchasing and production to maintain levels of quality and on-hand inventory.
Collaborating with purchasing, customer service, and billing with inventory related issues.
Reconciling inventory discrepancies, conduct cycle count, and lead efforts to resolve inventory flow issues.
