Mycobacterium species - Combinatorial effect of Amikacin and Amoxicillin against Mycobacterium, The project was done on Mycobacterium species to see the Combinatorial effect of Amikacin and Amoxicillin against Mycobacterium. Tuberculosis (TB), caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb), faces challenges with drug side effects and rising drug resistance, including multidrug-resistant (MDR) and extensively drug-resistant (XDR) strains. Key targets in Mtb's cell wall synthesis are D,D transpeptidase and L,D transpeptidase. This study tested a combination of Amoxicillin clavulanic acid (AMC), Diosmin (DIO), and Amikacin against Mycobacterium marinum, a model for Mtb. The combination showed a lower minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) than AMC and Amikacin alone, suggesting a promising new TB treatment that could reduce side effects. Effectiveness of Pteridophyte with respect to Salvinia molesta D.S Mitch as a Biofuel - A comparative study, The project was done on the “Effectiveness of Pteridophyte with respect to Salvinia molesta D.S Mitch as a Biofuel - A comparative study” during the time period of May 2022 under the Botany and Biotechnology department of the Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam.

• Participated seminar and Quiz of National level Impact of COVID 19 On MSME sector conducted by ED Club of Kuriakose Elias College, Kottayam on 05/27/2020 and has secured a score of 84% in the quiz following the seminar. The lead speaker was Adv P. B Sahasranaman, lawyer at High court of Kerala.
