• Actively engage in research and clinical audits related to myopia progression and intervention efficacy; contribute to peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations.
• Supervise and mentor optometry students and junior clinicians; deliver lectures and clinical workshops on myopia management and pediatric eye care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including ophthalmologists, pediatricians, and researchers in advancing clinical protocols and academic outputs.
• Participate in the development of institutional guidelines and policy frameworks for myopia control and public eye health initiatives.
