• Managing the team of Instructional designers in making the digital learning artifacts for the clients.

• Manager Credit and Forex - Managed the portfolio for retail lending, corporate lending and Trade finance operations. Responsible for managing the team and business development in the branch
• Data center operations – Member of core Banking Team - Product definition for the Bank, UAT, data Migration and Go-live support for the branches, post go-live support, Training of Internal talents etc

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling of Branch operations, liabilities, clearing
• Handling of Branch Database and systems including day begin and day end operations.
• ATM Maintenance – offline and online transactions, issuing of ATM-cum- debit cards to the customers, loading of cash, reconciliation of unsuccessful transactions, reconciliation with central switch.
• Played Key role in multiple software migrations in the bank and reconciliations
