Developing Backed Spring Boot Microservices and Migration to Azure Kubernetes

Responsibilities:

• Developed Microservices using Spring Boot
• Conducted a proof of concept (POC) on migrating Spring Boot microservices to Kubernetes.
• Created Deployment Pipelines for Spring microservices.
• Deployed spring microservices to Azure Kubernetes. Worked on Cloud networking and safely exposed application to public internet

Technology Involved: Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes, Spring Boot, Spring Microservices, Azure DevOps, Azure Gateway & Load balancer, Virtual Networks and other azure cloud auxiliary services.

DB migration from on-prem Oracle DB to Azure Postgres DB

Responsibilities:

• Exporting Schema scripts from Oracle DB using Ora2Pg tool and verification of schema scripts.
• Data transfer from Oracle DB to Postgres DB
