• As a Product Owner within Data and Analytics Portfolio Platform team at Shell, I play crucial role in designing, implementing, improving, maintaining, and supporting Azure-based Enterprise Data Platforms. My primary focus is on supporting Portfolio team, where I am responsible for onboarding, development, and operations of Enterprise Platform product, ensuring continuous improvement and deployment of new capabilities.
• I serve as Product Owner for Automation using Terraform Cloud, overseeing Data and Analytics services such as ADF, Analysis Services, Cosmos DB, and Data Lake. Leading a team of 10 Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), I collaborate closely with them to implement and develop solutions and introduce new features in our Data and Analytics Platforms.
• In addition to my role as Product Owner, I hold position of IT advisor for Most Confidential Data at Shell, contributing to Business Critical initiatives and leading analysis of Most Confidential Data Portfolio. My responsibilities include Demand Analysis, Cloud Migration, Cloud Automation, and working within Agile Release Train.
• With a strong foundation in SAFE Agile/Edge and DevOps projects, I review Solution Architecture and actively support in demand creation for new technologies, as well as enhancing and improving existing stack. I actively participate in Agile Release Trains, contributing to creation of roadmaps and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Working closely with Data Platform Product Manager, I contribute to development and operations of platform, collaborating with our Agile team to continually enhance and deploy new capabilities. key aspect of my role involves being technical subject matter expert for Cloud data platforms, and I actively support in implementing billing mechanisms, optimizing costs, and implementing cost-effective solutions in Data platforms.

Application Security Workstream Lead, currently leading application security workspace enabling security in software lifecycle process and deploying SAAS/IAAS applications.

Developing and maintaining a vulnerability free environment across our software development landscape, enabling Application security end to end with API scanning, Dynamic and Static scanning.

Lead multiple projects using Waterfall and Agile project delivery framework and follows DevOps ways of working. Received Multiple Special Recognition Awards in this role.

1. APIIRO (SAAS) - Budget( $800 K) - Project Management & Workstream Lead

Apiiro SAAS offering enables security & development teams to proactively remediate critical risks in their cloud-native applications such as design flaws, secrets, IaC misconfigurations, API & OSS vulnerabilities across the software supply chain. Create a comprehensive view of the risks across the software lifecycle.

2. Mend (formerly WhiteSource) ($ 800 k)(SAAS) - Project Management & Workstream Lead

Onboarded WhiteSource Open source scanning tool on an enterprise level to enable safe security tools and practices within our developer community of over 3000 Developers, and allowing development teams to deliver quality, secure code, faster but safer.

2. Security Champions program - (Program Lead)

Security champions are basically security-related experts with knowledge and enthusiasm for delivering secure applications, and will be responsible for driving secure development.

Lead Security Champions program to assist dev teams with embedding minimum standards and reducing the challenge for developers. The goal was to nominate Tech leads from several program to enable security champions as ambassadors to security in Shell.

3. Azure Cloud Migration/Design - CCET - Capital Cost Estimation Tool - Technical Project lead - Project Management - Architecture - Budget($ 800 K)
Done detailed analysis of CCET in On premise, designed a solution to migrate to Azure , created Detailed technical design , Implementation also done and moved 18 servers from On -Premise supported by T-Systems to Azure cloud.
Approximate cost saving of over $200 k an year after migrating to cloud.

4. Docker Desktop Service -Budget ($300 k) -Project Management The Docker platform, including Docker Desktop, provides developers an integrated, reliable, and secure developer experience that accelerates app delivery from code to the cloud.

Managed the Project to deploy Docker in Shell by making it an IT managed application and enabling License mechanism for over 1000 users.

5. API Development - Secure Supply Chain - Budget ($600 K) -Project Management & Workstream Lead

Monitor supply chain, New disclosures on the library must be quickly patched in the production landscape and this requires detection, monitor and patch mechanism to be established.

In essence we need to embed open-source vulnerability management in operations and continuously monitor for any new disclosures made and remediate them at the earliest opportunity.

6. GitHub (SAAS)- Budget (over $ 2M) - Project Management & Workstream Lead

Migrated 2000 developers from tools like Gitlab, SVN, ADO to Enterprise target operating repository GitHub. Developed roadmaps together with Product Owner based on company's strategy , created migration strategies, communication and readiness , Information risk management and helped migrate people with very less or minimal disruption to developers.

7. Devkit Portal - A Centralized Portal for Developers(3000 Developers) - Managed a project to develop a front end portal using React JS for Developers and migrated large amount data from SharePoint data to the new portal.

This was to enable easier access to the tools required for a developer based on their persona and automated the service now requests.

8. Alteryx Connect (IAAS)- Advanced Analytics tools & Services - Project Management.

Deployed Alteryx connect tool as an IAAS in Shell through Waterfall model.
