- Also Integrate safety requirements and measures in all day today activities of station workings
- Identify operational issues with the account by implementing continuous improvement and initiatives, to strengthen team unity, goals, productivity and results
- Maintain open and effective communications within the work group and with other work groups within the organization
- Review data, identify and implement necessary actions as required
- Address the complaints, received with respect to the metro services
- Also check whether compliances are being followed by the staff regarding relevant instructions, procedures, manuals etc
- Redressal of staff grievances if any
- Carry out timely inspections and counselling sessions of staff
- Monitor the working of various sub systems
- Also responsible for the implementation of various temporary special instructions and continuous Improvement culture, achieving annual KPIs, to build best-in-class metro rail systems
- Apart from that, looking after “Celebration on Wheels” event, which is a flagship event of Maha Metro
- In addition, engaged in various promotional activities with local NGOs, be its 2nd Oct/ Xmas day/ friendship day/International Yoga Day/Independence Day/Republic Day/ Women’s Day/Children’s Day
- Since this project was at its initial (Project) phase, got acquainted with new challenges
- Had external training at L&T Hyderabad
- Have trained Train Operators, Depot Controllers, Station Controllers alternatively
- Was a part of Testing & Commissioning of Trains, RDSO Trails, and CMRS visits.
