- Promoted as a ABH Bhavnagar in July’ 21, serving in this capacity since then Taking care of 12 Jio Centers and an Area Office sales and operations which spearheading a Team of (JCMs)/MSLs/JPLs/CSLs/JPMs/JPAMs in sales teams and all other departmental head along with their teams which consist of Fiber, Finance, CS, Network, Construction, Stores, Service, HR etc
- Headcount of 550 approx
- Consolidate the quarterly and Annual Operations Plan in line with overall organizational goals and guiding & ensuring the alignment of performance with the plan
- Ensure development of detailed project plans for all Jio Centre and Jio point activities
- Work towards achieving operational excellence in implementation of go-to-market strategies with the agenda of maximizing revenues and profitability
- Drive focus on sales, service delivery & quality by working in close coordination with cross functional teams to bridge process gaps & ensure optimum availability of adequate resources (people, technology, financial, processes) to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Ensuring that operations are organized professionally and harmoniously that result in achievement of defined sales, collections and quality standards
- Analyzing market shares across verticals and product offerings and benchmarking against competition to devise strategies for achieving market leadership
- Undertaking interventions to enhance customer first culture in the organization and building a satisfied customer base through a strong team of motivated and committed manpower
- Monitor effective resolution of all Jio Partner ecosystem queries and complaints, analyze and review customer retention and conversion metrics
- Developing a cohesive and robust distribution structure facilitating product supplies, maintaining of stocks at optimum level
- Keeping a close watch on various financial ratios, budget plans, and breakeven point, benchmarks that ensure an effective control on variable and fixed costs
- Recruitment, development and management to ensure successful team working and to improve performance and capabilities and setting the targets
- Anticipating & capitalizing on market trends, identifying profit potential, creating value, & positioning the company’s products & services to maximize market share.
