Conducting engaging Employee Orientation & Induction programs monthly for around 100+workmen (technician,helpers & riders) for adhering to R&D standards.
  • Enabling CWMS Tool for labor attendance, wage processing, and F&F settlement inputs.
  • Payroll & Leave Management -
  • Proficiently handling Payroll processes with meticulous attention to detail. Analyzing & reviewing grievances related to payroll,absenteeism, working hours, LWP etc. for 1300+ employees. Prepare PF & ESIC Challans, and expertly calculate Gratuity & Bonus.
  • Employee Relations- Serving as the first point of contact for employees on ER-related matters. Facilitating employee feedback, exit interviews, and suggestion mechanisms. Assisting in organizing employee welfare and engagement initiatives. Assisting in resolving employee concerns in a fair, timely, and consistent manner. Support investigations into employee complaints, misconduct, or policy violations.
  • Acting as a first point of contact on all HR related
  • Policy Implementation & Compliance Documentation- Educating employees and people managers on company policies, the code of conduct, and grievance redressal procedures through monthly online trainings & support. Ensuring consistent application of ER and disciplinary policies. Maintaining accurate documentation of grievances, disciplinary cases, and investigation records. Ensure adherence to labor laws, standing orders, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Ensuring yearly ,half yearly & quarterly (ER-1) returns and RC amendment along-with labor license renewal for all respective contractors.
  • Coordinating with contractors/vendors to ensure compliance under CLRA and other applicable laws. Ensuring all due statutory tasks closure in PWC portal in a timely manner for internal risk protection .
  • Training & Development-
  • Responsible for planning & implementation of a structured annual training calendar focused on statutory, technical, soft skills, and safety training for workmen.Aligning training initiatives with QMS (Quality Management Systems), TPM, and capability-building goals. Ensure timely delivery of mandatory training (e.g., safety, POSH, 5S, EHS) for all workmen and contract labor.
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions( Aligning internal team from central gurukul & external trainers for in house,on-the-job trainings)
  • Maintain training records and documentation as per ISO/OSH standards and company's audit requirements.
  • Organize motivational sessions, behavioral development workshops, and safety week/month campaigns( in coordination with site safety team) for workmen.

  • Responsible for recruitment & onboarding of FTE(Fix term engagement employees) ,Trainees,ODT Riders & Helpers for day-to-day R&D operations.
