• Developed Technical and Implementation strategies and program roadmap for CPHC-HWC Health Strengthening Program.
• Provided Technical support to conduct a comprehensive gap analysis of Laboratory services resulting in a proposal for Lab strengthening.
• Successfully advocated for the allocation of 4 lakhs from the State's budget to enhance diagnostic capabilities at Primary Health care facilities.
• Successfully advocated for the allocation of 12 lakhs from the State's budget to enhance quality Maternal and Child care services in the three remotest Districts of Arunachal Pradesh.
• Provided Technical assistance to the state in achieving the GoI target of operationalising 265 Health and Wellness centres.
• Provided Technical assistance to the state in operationalising 60 facilities for Quality Diagnostic and eye care Services in Primary Health Facilities.

• Facilitated in strengthening of DVDMS and capacity building of Public Health Staffs for Drug and vaccine Management. More than 200 CHOs and 100+ Pharmacist, other Health staffs were trained.

• Supported the state in COVID-19 response- Information,Education Communication (IEC),developed SOPs for rolling out of End to End Tech Enabled Home Isolation Models.

INTEGRATED HEALTH INFORMATION PLATFORM (IHIP) - SURVEILLANCE.

• Work closely with the District administration and the Office of DMOs of both the Districts to operationalized 70+ Health and Wellness Centres during this tenure.
• Facilitated in capacity building of Health Care Workers to roll out NCD services and Digital reporting.
• Supported the District of Khandwa in improving the Maternal services through LAQshya and Dakshata Training.
