• Perform the processing of all the transactions for dedicated clients in the fund accounting system, in respect of our procedures.
• Ensure that reconciliations are performed within the team.
• Ensure that a second level of control is performed on all manual transactions and archived for audit purposes.
• Ensure a quick turnaround on quarries raised by the person in charge of action in the NAV cycle.
• Ensure the allocation of work is done in a justified manner, and all required analysis on team capacity, workflow, details of the team, and static data are well maintained within the system.

Soft skills

• Manage staff on daily BAU, and take corrective measures or actions if required.
• Identifying the staff training requirements and making sure all the necessary training has been provided to the team members to perform the relevant tasks.
• Conducting daily team huddles, weekly team meetings, and regular one-on-ones with the team.
• Develop SMEs and ensure that the backup management tool is in place for all the team members.

Risk Management:

• Ensure procedures are in place to effectively deal with exceptions, and that they are reviewed, researched, documented, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Identify the manual steps, process efficiencies, and development by providing practical ideas on areas of improvement and work towards its automation.
• Ensure that you minimize unplanned leaves, especially during business-critical days, such as month-end rollover days and the migration of new funds.

• Complete and update online databases on a recurring basis, as assigned, and as per the database deadline.
• Review and maintain the accuracy and completeness of online databases and data template inputs, as assigned.
• Respond to non-new business requests (Due Diligence Questionnaires, Ad-Hoc Data Requests, Publications, and Surveys) as assigned, providing high-quality responses.
• Ensure a timely, accurate, and complete response to all assignments.
• Participate in the review process for all assigned requests.

For own submissions, ensure all appropriate approvals are received and document each step taken. Review the completed document for written style, grammar, punctuation, consistency, accuracy, and compliance with clients’ requests.

Where assigned to other Specialist’s submissions, review for written style, grammar, punctuation, consistency, accuracy, and compliance with clients’ request.

Participated in initiatives, projects or process improvements as assigned.

• Work with appropriate internal business partners (e.g., Legal, Compliance) as required to prepare content that supports the assignment.

• Reviewing the custodian downloads and posting missing accounting transactions through the interface within the portfolio accounting system and various broker systems, including recording trades, dividends, cash flows, fees, and manual corrections of rejected trades.
• Reviewing client deposits and withdrawals posted by the analyst, which were requested by the custodian.
• Processing special client requests and maintaining client accounts (including opening new accounts, transfers, and terminating/liquidating accounts).
• Manage the team in the absence of the supervisor, prepare fund assignments, and assist the analyst during the course of action.
• Track errors and conduct training to avoid errors.

• Responsible for calculation and analysis of NAV and validating various warnings and their impacts for various products like daily distribution funds (Municipal Bond Funds), Balanced funds, Equity funds, Bond Funds, Fund on Fund, Alternative Strategy Fund.
• Validate the NAV impacting components like; portfolio trades, dividends, gain/loss on FX transactions, expenses, trade variances, various corporate actions.
• Periodic trail balance review for the reporting funds (Monthly, Quarterly, SEMI & FYE).

• Extracting and analyzing financial information from companies (Commercial, Insurance, Banking and other Sector companies) Earnings / Press releases, 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy statements of the United States, Canada, Scandinavia and Australia & New Zealand markets.
• Capturing information of from financial statements of the companies from their reports.
• After all the research, we parse all the financial information of the company into our Superfast tool and make sure the required information is available to the client.
• Preparing and giving presentations on errors committed by analysts on a weekly basis, and sending that report to managers. Worked on testing part for new markets, which is going to handle in future.
