• Execute end-to-end installation, upgrade, and configuration of Flex applications in the Oracle EBS environment.
• Apply Oracle patches, including:

- OPatch, DBPSU, and CPU patches.

- ADOP patches and hot patches with thorough rollback and conflict analysis.

- Manage the patching of OEM agents.

- Occasional SQL patching.

• Monitor and respond to alerts raised by database users via OEM and Azure cloud monitoring tools; analyze concurrency issues, application-stuck threads, and cluster waits during shifts.
• Utilize Azure cloud services for monitoring database utilization, disaster recovery planning, and volume creation during cloning activities.
• Manage RMAN backups by scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting failures, and automating backup jobs via cron for daily operations.
• Maintain production databases by monitoring core services (oacore), tablespaces, disk space, and database objects. Respond promptly to blocking emails and alerts to minimize downtime.
• Ensure SLA compliance for incident resolution; manage tickets using SNOW, and implement action plans for Oracle service requests, including Severity 1 issues.
• Monitor Oracle EBS Concurrent Managers and related application components; prioritize and resolve issues impacting availability.
• Provide WebLogic 12.2.1 support, including deployment and issue resolution related to Oracle Applications.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support, including weekends; actively engage in Emergency Operations Center (EOC) discussions, and troubleshooting during shifts.
