• Responsible for all KPIs and measures with regards to an improved product quality during the development phase according the Flawless Launch Process (FLP).

1st Rotation: Quality Engineer:

• Responsible for achieving manufacturing process quality targets during launch and serial production.
• Conduct claim management with customer (8D) including warranty conducting root cause analysis, collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Drive and implement continuous improvement activities affecting process quality in the plant based on data drive insights.
• Submit final submitting PPAP to customer (incl. update of customer portals and IMDS).
• Support project-related documents (e.g. P-FMEA , process flow chart).
• Assist in developing and maintaining quality standards for manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.
• Responsible for alerting management for all items affecting product quality/functionality in a negative manner.

2nd Rotation: Automation Engineer

• Defined and better established the required data points in mean time between failure reports.
• Defined and better established the required data points and improvements to the EAM setup for individual equipment maintenance reports.
• Identification and development of reports via EAM and external solutions by the combination of EAM and IIOT data.
