Lauren Appleby

As a lifeguard at the France A. Córdova Rec Center, I am required to become CPR- and lifeguard-certified and to attend training sessions. On the clock, I am responsible for the well-being of patrons in and out of the pool. Off the clock, I attended refresher sessions so I can be confident in my skills and knowledge.

At VIP Legacy 9 Theater, my title is Crew Member. My responsibilities as a Crew Member include, but are not limited to: interacting with customers, ticket and concession sales, cleaning theaters, answering phones, making and serving food, restocking goods, unpacking shipments, and more.

My position as a hostess at Cracker Barrel required versatility in the restaurant. I greeted and seated guests promptly, managed seating arrangements, oversaw the waitlist, bussed tables, rolled silverware, and did other tasks related to customer service.
