Assisted in comprehensive legal research and drafting of legal documents in matters concerning electricity law and the power sector. Work involved analysing regulatory frameworks and commercial arrangements related to electricity trading, open access consumers, and energy banking. Extensively engaged with issues concerning deviations in scheduled energy, determination and implications of differential tariffs, and legal challenges arising from regulatory impositions by state commissions and central authorities. Contributed to the assessment of compliance risks, contractual rights and obligations under Power Purchase Agreements and related instruments, and examined the broader legal and policy implications for stakeholders within the sector. Actively participated in and contributed to knowledge development initiatives, including conferences and workshops hosted by the Independent Power Producers Association of India (IPPAI), engaging with stakeholders on issues related to market-based economic dispatch, RE integration, and the evolving role of regulatory commissions in a transitioning energy landscape.

• Assisted and dealt with many clients at Singhania & Co. LLP, and drafted, including but not limited to, appeal, replies, rejoinders, applications, and objections for matters before the Ld. National Company Law Tribunal.
• Conducted in-depth research and drafted legal documents in areas such as energy law, trademark law, labour law, and insolvency law.
• Additionally, prepared correspondence pertaining to income tax law and verified client documents for tender submissions.

• Researched extensively on captive generating plants, outlining rights and duties of the respective parties in connection to the same, specifically in relation to the power purchase agreement, and shareholders agreement.
• Additionally, research on matters pertaining to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws and the Benami Transactions (Prohibition) Act, 1988.
• Assisted in drafting amendment agreement for a power purchase agreement.

• Assisted the Panel Lawyer for Delhi Development Authority, Union of India, in various matters before Hon'ble Delhi High Court, Hon'ble National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Delhi, and Hon'ble National Green Tribunal.
• Researched under different heads of law, such as, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Indian Penal Code, 1860, Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, Civil Procedure Code, 1908, Indian Trademark Act, 1999 and Master Plan of Delhi, 2021.

• Drafted legal notices, written statements, legal opinions, statement of objections, shareholders agreement, share subscription agreement, and criminal complaints, coupled with time-sensitive research for diverse matters falling under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Companies Act, 2013, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

• Actively participated and effectuated research in the area of mergers and acquisitions, and investment law inclusive of regulations pertaining to Securities and Exchange Board of India and Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999.
• Further, I conducted research and prepared notes on selective topics in the area of competition law.
