On 11th Jan 20, you were operating 6E 95 BLR-DXB and Dubai had been having extreme weather conditions with continuous heavy rainfall for past few days. This has resulted in the flooding of many parts of the airport and had thrown the ground apron management totally out of gear. Consequently, you had to wait for almost 4 hrs on the ground to even find a parking bay. However, you kept the passengers updated of the situation with calm composure. Next day, when operating the return leg, rains and flooding were once again severely hampering smooth operations. Unfortunately, with all pax on-board and ready t push-back, the aircraft was stuck on ground for 7 hrs before it could take-off.Due to the long duration on ground, all the food on-board had got exhausted. You once again kept the passengers informed periodically of the situation and also coordinated for additional food. These gestures of your’ s made the passenger better understand the tough circumstances. keep up the good work"
