- USERAGENT JWT The User Agent JWT serves as a portal where users can request access to S3, and an admin has the authority to approve or deny these requests. Upon approval, users receive a JWT token linked to their CCM profile, which allows them to access S3 using the credentials of the CCM profile. Additionally, the creation of an access point enables access to specific folders. CloudWatch rules and SQS are utilized to dispatch emails to users, reminding them of their token's expiration dates.
- Cost Optimization Enablement for AWS Services A Cost Optimization tool has been developed to monitor the actual usage of resources and optimize costs for AWS accounts through resource tagging. Users with AWS account access can create resources with predefined mandatory tags, enforced by a tag enforcer. If mandatory tags are not assigned to a resource, it will be deleted. For instance, if a user creates AWS resources like Lambda Functions without mandatory tags, an email notification is sent post-creation.
