PD DAILY ROUTINE DUTIES:

● Follow the five rights.

● Personal hygiene of the cases.

● Vital signs monitoring.

● Nutritional supplements. Provide medication.

● Ryle’s tubes, intravenous line insertion, catheterization of urinary bladder.

● Dressings, Tracheostomy care, wound care.

● Psychological support to the patients

● Daily charts maintained, Records and Reports maintained

● Maintenance of IV fluids, Intake output chart maintained.

● Check the medication, communicate the doctors about patients health conditions

● Administration of blood and blood products, albumins, Peripheral and Central Intravenous nutrition.

● Provide death care.
