Project PPSA-Chhattisgarh: Associated with *TB free India by 2025 initiative from GOI, Implemented by HLFPPT and Funded by NHM

• Lead and manage Overall TB Program implementation as per NHM guidelines and action plan under TB Elimination Program.
• Develop field level strategies and processes in alignment with overall project objectives with initiative geared towards operational excellence as per NTEP guidelines.
• Establish linkages and strengthen networking and liaison with government health departments, private health care providers and other stakeholders to foster support for effective implementation of project deliverables.
• Preparation of work plan, budget forecast and management of budget allocation as per TB project activities and NTEP guidelines
• Ensure functional coordination involving programmer, MIS and Finance team while planning, and execution and reporting.
• Ensure effective finance and Human Resource management as per planned activities.
• Monitor and periodically assess TB project performance and staff performance against key performance areas.

• Privet Tie-up - Fix appointments with Medical Director, HOD, Patho head, finance and account head, OPD-IPD Head and completing documentation process (MOU, Letter Sign, Labeling OPD Coverage according OPD load flow) then install project and implement and Monitor.
• Monitoring and implementing program by CBO team of MJK for counseling and Adherence and notification and all data collection, sample collection and reporting Activity
