Responsibilities:

• Preparing Mock plans and plans for all Legacy system and carry out extract as per the schedule prior to the Washing Machine and Mock executions.
• Tracking the objects in scope for MOCK and Washing Machine must be executed based on the inter object dependency and planning the job executions & data loads.
• Sharing the pre-conversion results/SIF (Simplified Input Files) with GDME/DDME based on deployments for their review and work on the failed records to achieve the exit criteria of the MOCK/WM activity.
• Loading the DMW Load files to SAP ECC systems using LSMW tool with the help of IDOCS.
• In case of IDOCS failure, analyzing and sending the error reports to the client to fix the issues.
• Sharing the overall stats from rollout load matrices along with Pre-Load and Error report path details to keep the users informed about the progress in the data migration.
• Working on defects in case of any requirement not met or new requirement by the client to build new jobs and to improve the job performance.
• Capturing all the loaded data with the documentation proof (DVT) using HP Proton tool.
• Creating incidents or Service Orders using ticketing tool (Novasol) – HP Service Manager.
