Key responsibilities -

• Analyzing source of wealth for the private banking clients of one of the largest Swiss banks and creating an informative dashboard to reflect the current position of wealth accumulated for such individuals.
• Reviewing standard profiles, Flagged profiles and escalated alerts for additional scrutiny and compliance as a part of periodic review.
• Engaging in routine conversations with stakeholders and relationship managers to gather accurate information and resolve any open issue.
• Performing research through Bloomberg, Yahoo Finance etc, to analyze company’s financial reports and additional information required to complete tasks.
• Providing guidance and support to less experienced AML/KYC/Prevention support staff.

Project: FOPS
Key responsibilities -

• Currently a part of client lifecycle management process which involves overseeing various stages of a client's relationship with one of the global banks
• Working in the front office team as a support for performing AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) for both business entities and individuals involve crucial responsibilities in ensuring regulatory compliance and mitigating financial risks
• Conducting EDD, CDD, CIP and PEP research for both individual and business entity clients involve a structured process and the use of various internal and external tools to gather relevant information and assess potential risks
• Drill down of Ultimate Beneficial Owner, Certificate of incumbency, ACRA report, Insider dealing tagging and performing name tagging
• Communicating with the RM and ARM to obtain the necessary information and clarification on the files
• Preparing and Maintaining of Monthly productivity, Error Logs, Exception tracker, capacity model, Rejection Log.

• Processed daily client transactions: deposits, withdrawals, money transfers, loan payments, and selling cashier’s checks.
• Accurately maintained records of each transaction and ensured all documentation and paperwork were in place and within compliance.
• Provided assistance to clients regarding inquiries and issues pertaining to accounts and banking products.
• Supported customers with tasks such as initiating or terminating checking accounts, saving accounts, and personal loans.
